I had the pleasure of photographing the Fuzi/Fraser wedding last month in Glendale, AZ.  I only shoot a few weddings each year, but I love taking a selection of the images and really try to tell the story of the day.  This wedding was SO MUCH FUN!  My assistant Derra and I were vendors, but we  kept talking about how much fun we were having! Thanks to Bruce Barnes, of BKBarnes Photography for shooting the guys and the wedding party entering the ceremony!!

I had the honor of photographing Clark and Kim’s wedding last week.  It was a lovely ceremony and even though the cold weather started blowing in, everyone was relaxed and having so much fun.  They requested no formal portraits as to not take them away from their guests (but I did get them to agree to some quick family shots ).  I think the pictures speak for themselves on how joyous of an event this was. What a beautiful celebration!

I just love playing with effects in Photoshop. I know, these probably aren’t the versions the client would pick, but it’s fun anyway. Here are a few more of Megan.

The dilemma with my photos is which Photoshop effect, if any, to add to a photo? So I will spend hours editing, then decide the photo looks best with just a little sharpening for the web. Here’s on from another bridal shoot that Bruce let me assist with. Which effect do you like best?

My good friend and mentor Bruce allowed me to second shoot his wedding session yesterday. I’ve been busy trying to get everything ready to start homeschooling again on Monday, so I only had a chance to edit one right now. I just love Katie’s expression!
